After signing up for a 3 month subscription and 2 weeks of dissatisfaction, I was denied a prorated refund. Customer service is awful. I had to be transferred to someone here in Dallas to tell me I was ineligible for a prorated refund because I had already used the subscription……More>>

You can use NO FEATURE but but showing interest before you become a paid member. Can't tell whether a member is active or not. Am not having fun on Matchmaker.com it does not offer anything truly unique for the online daters.……More>>
