I'll answer these questions to help the guys who can't think straight.
1. The agencies advertise or walk the streets looking for the young model types. Who would go to the expense of marrying a plain foreign woman? Ukrainian women do actually spend all their time looking after themselves in the gym, no cigarettes, no alcohol, no fast food etc. On the whole there are more hotties available!!

3. The agency will answer the first letter, not the girl. If the girl is interested maybe on the second letter you might actually be writing to the real girl.
4. This only happens if you start communication. Get bored of a girl, block her communication. But I agree this isn't a good pratice to take the credit before you read the letter.
5. A cultural difference. Young Ukrainian men have no money, job, car etc. middle age men do have these things plus mental stability too. theres this bullshit thorey out in society that asian will try harder to provide for a family if their spouse is white, if its an asian male he will try to produce for the family, if its an asian female than she'll put out whenever white man demands like some kind of sexual slave, it all started with those horrific playboy pornos of the 80 s where theres like 30asian girls trying to have sexual intercourse with ONE caucasian male, that's the essence of this submissive stereotype.
